Lucky number 7 ~ A Love Story in the Desert: Melissa & Israel’s Seven-Year Anniversary Session

Seven years of marriage is a milestone worth celebrating! Melissa and Israel chose to do just that. No where more fitting and very 'Vegas' than a photoshoot in the two places than represent our city most. We met in the scenic Kyle Canyon desert in Las Vegas, Nevada. The desert landscape was open, earthy, and beautifully quiet. It was an overcast day but we were still lucky to get glimpses of the sun!

Their son Teddy joined the session with so much energy and charm. He was playful and sweet, clearly so excited about becoming a big brother soon. The desert light wrapped around them in the most magical way. This session was more than just an anniversary shoot. It was also a maternity session for their growing family. Melissa glowed with grace, her baby bump gently held in every frame. Their daughter will arrive this summer completing their family of four.

As the sun began to set, we headed downtown! Only 20 minutes away; Downtown Las Vegas brought a different kind of magic and contrast to the desert. The vibrant colors and city lights made every image pop. Together we laughed, walked, and embraced the craziness of the people around us. Melissa and Israel held hands like it was their first date again. Teddy followed along the sidewalks, lit up by neon signs.

Every smile told a story of the past seven years. Their love felt grounded, strong, and ready for the next chapter.
